“Super disappointed with our stay. We booked two 2-bedroom suites and when we arrived, nothing was ready for us. We had to remove all of the dishes out of the dishwasher and the suites were undone. The bathrooms had mold and cockroaches. We called front desk a thousand times but nobody picked up… ever. They just don’t care. What did it for me was the complimentary coffee in the lobby ended at 8 am. I’ve been to 3-star Holiday Inns that had coffee all day at the lobby. This hotel was not worth it...

“Very clean, nice rooms”

“Property was clean. Enjoyed the upgrade to executive suite with hottub. Had issue with the AC unit but was fixed rather quickly. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly”

“Loved it - will stay again”

“The view is nice, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. I tried contacting the service desk several times, but no one answered. I also asked the staff a few questions, but they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.”

“Tutto benissimo, mi sono trovato molto bene!”

“Key cards never worked - visited the desk far too many times - this was frustrating. Top bunk sheets were slept on -not cool”

“Very clean we had the king bed with jacuzzi suite”

“Staff complained about being too busy and not having enough staff”
